Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22
• 3 oz. Blood Orange Puree
• 3 dashes Dillon’s Ginger Bitters
• ¼ oz. Simple syrup
• Sparkling Wine

Preparation:

1. Combine Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22, Blood Orange Puree, and simple syrup.
2. Top with sparkling wine and enjoy.
