Blood Orange Negroni

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
• 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz. Capo Capo
• 2 dashes Dillon’s Black Currrant Bitters
• 1 oz. fresh blood orange juice
• fresh blood orange slice (for garnish)

Cocktail Preparation:

1. In a mixing glass filled with ice, stir Dillon’s Dry Gin 7, vermouth, Campari, blood orange juice and bitters together.
2. Stir & strain into rocks glass over a 2″ ice cube.
3. Garnish with fresh blood orange slice.
