Ingredients:
• 1 oz. Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22
• 1 oz. celery juice
• 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 4 dashes Dillon’s Ginger Bitters
• 1 oz. sweet syrup (1:1 water to sugar)
Cocktail Preparation:
1. Combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to saucepan and heat on stove until dissolved. Let cool.
2. Using a fancy juicer, juice fresh celery (leaves and all!)
3. In a shaker, combine the Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22, lemon juice, celery juice, sweet syrup and bitters.
4. Shake with ice and strain into highball glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with fresh lemon wheel.
