Ingredients:
• 1 oz. Dillon’s Cherry Gin
• 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1 barspoon Dillon’s Absinthe
• 1 oz. Cointreau
• 1 oz. Lillet Blanc
• orange slice for garnish (we used fresh wormwood from our garden)
Cocktail Preparation:
1. In a shaker with ice, combine Dillon’s Cherry Gin, lemon juice, Dillon’s Absinthe , Cointreau and Lillet Blanc.
2. Shake. Strain into chilled vintage coupe glass.
3. Garnish with fresh orange slice.
