Cucumber Gimlet

• 1.5 oz. Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
• 1 oz. fresh lime juice juice
• 2 dashes Dillon’s Lime Bitters
• 2 dashes Dillon’s Ginger Bitters
• 1.5 oz. fresh cucumber juice
• 3/4 oz. sweet syrup (1:1 water and sugar)
• cucumber slice for garnish

Cocktail Preparation:

1. In a mixing glass, combine Dillon’s Dry Gin 7, lime juice, cucumber juice, sweet syrup and bitters.
2. Add ice and stir until chilled.
3. Strain into vintage coupe glass. Or serve with ice in rocks glass.
4. Garnish with fresh cucumber slice.
