Cucumber Julep

Ingredients:

• 4 slices of cucumber (1 for garnish)
• 4 mint leaves
• 3-4 dashes Dillon’s Bitter Lime
• 1 oz. fresh lime juice
• 1 oz. simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water)
• 1 ½ oz. Dillon’s The White Rye

Preparation:

1. Muddle mint and 3 cucumber slices in rocks glass.
2. Add fresh lime juice, simple syrup, Dillon’s Bitter Lime & Dillon’s The White Rye.
3. Add ice, stir & serve.
