Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz. Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
• .5 oz. Dry Vermouth (we use Dolin Dry Vermouth)
• 1 Rorison Canning Co. Juniper & Thyme Cocktail Onion
Cocktail Preparation:
1. Fill your martini glass or vintage coupe with ice to chill.
2. In a mixing glass with ice add the Dillon’s Dry Gin 7 and vermouth.
3. With a mixing spoon stir for 1 minute. Discard ice from glass.
4. Strain into glass & garnish with cocktail onion.
