• 1 1/2 oz. Dillon’s Method 95 Vodka
• 4 dashes Dillon’s Lemon bitters
• 1/3 cup fresh pureed strawberries
• 3/4 oz Lavender Simple Syrup
• Fresh Lavender & lavender sugar mixture for rimmer
Lavender Simple Syrup:
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 sprigs fresh lavender
1.Stovetop: combine water, sugar and fresh lavender. Bring to a mild boil until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain off lavender.
2. Rim cocktail glass with lavender sugar
3. In a cocktail shaker, combine Dillon’s Method 95 Vodka, pureed strawberry, lavender simple syrup and bitters with ice. shake and strain into rimmed glass.
4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender and serve.
