Interview and Mixing Session

Recently, Chef Jonathan of Pure Green Magazine experimented with Dillon’s Gin 22, Vodka Method 95 and DSB Bitters. These were experiments with great results – especially for a hot afternoon.

Chef Jonathan and Geoff Dillon created a series of amazing drinks that were conjured to balance the amazing flavours of the spirits with the fresh tastes and textures of local seasonal ingredients. Look for the recipes in the current edition of Pure Green Magazine.
