Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Dillon’s Method 95 Vodka
• 1/2 oz. sweet syrup (recipe below)
• 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1 1/2 oz. fresh golden plum (pureed/blended)
• 4 dashes Dillon’s Pear Bitters
• 1 oz. soda water
• crisp sage leaf for garnish

Cocktail Preparation:

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Dillon’s Method 95 Vodka2, syrup, lemon juice, plum and bitters together.
2. Shake & strain into coupe glass.
3. Top with soda water.
4. Garnish with sage.

SWEET SYRUP

• 1 cup water
• 1 cup sugar

Combine water and sugar into small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and then remove from heat and let cool. Keep in fridge for up to two weeks.
