Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Dillon’s 95 Vodka
• 1½ oz. Simple syrup
• 2 dashes Dillon’s Rhubarb Bitters
• 6-10 Fresh strawberries
• 4 Mint leaves
• Sparkling water
• Collins glass

Preparation:

1. Place a handful of ice in a Collins glass.
2. Over ice add Dillon’s 95 Vodka and simple syrup.
3. Muddle strawberries and mint.
4. Layer strawberry and mint muddle over mixture in glass.
5. Garnish with a layer of fresh mint leaves and a whole strawberry.
