The Small Cask Experiment

Back in the spring we delivered six 19L new Canadian oak barrels to some of our restaurant partners around Toronto as part of our small cask experiment. Just this past week, we once again made the trip around town; this time checking in to see what they were up to and to help tap the casks.

We were excited to see on one spirits menu that what was once affectionately referred to as our “White Rye”, is now listed as a house-aged 100% Ontario Rye Whisky! (cue, super excited squeals from the peanut gallery)

Over the coming weeks, we’ll feature each of the spots and get you a peek at what they are doing with these mini barrels but until then, pop your head inside the following joints to see what’s up:
