This recipe was made at the SlurpTO Noodlefest Event with Spotlight Toronto on March 3.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Dillon’s 95 Vodka
• 2 dashes Tabasco
• 2 dashes Worcestershire
• Wasabi (to taste)
• Clamato juice

Garnish:

Lime wedge, gourmet rimmer*, lemongrass stalks.

Gourmet Rimmer*:

Combine ¼ cup coarse sea salt, 2 tbsps cracked black pepper, 2 tsps chili powder,
½ tsp cayenne pepper & 1 tbsp garlic powder.
