We are on the hunt for Sipping Room Associates to join our team immediately! If you’re passionate about spirits and cocktails, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are a highly collaborative and uber-enthusiastic team player, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests to the Sipping Room
- Educate guests on our spirits, cocktails & bitters collection
- Lead guests through tastings
- Lead tours of the Distillery
- Assist with events and day to day operations within the Dillon’s hospitality team
- Assist with sales in the Sipping Room
About You:
- 2+ Years of Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service experience preferred
- Smart Serve Certificate Required
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is required
