Where we craft
We take pride in using copper pot stills, which are integral to our craft process. These stills, alongside custom-built equipment like our bespoke mashing-stripping still, allow us to produce a diverse range of spirits with precision and care. This provides the flexibility to craft everything from our award-winning gin to our 100% rye whisky.
The combination of traditional techniques and modern technology gives us the ability to focus on small batches, ensuring unparalleled quality and creativity in each product. By using this equipment, we’re able to distill spirits that stay true to the authentic craft approach, while also pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with locally sourced ingredients from the Niagara region.
