The perfect Mother's Day brunch cocktail

A cocktail fit for all the mom/mom figures out there! The combination of the hibiscus tea and Strawberry Gin make this a cocktail overflowing with flavour. A cute vintage glass helps too.

Ingredients

ounces Hibiscus Berry Iced Tea

1 1/2

ounces Dillon’s Strawberry Gin

3/4

ounce fresh lemon juice

1/2

ounce Dillon’s Simple Syrup

3

dashes Dillon’s Black Currant Bitters

Dehydrated lemon wheel, for garnish

How to prepare

Step 1
Brew tea according to instructions and let cool before using.
Step 2
Add all of the ingredients to your cocktail shaker, add ice and shake for 15-20 seconds.
Step 3
Strain into a highball or Collins glass & garnish with lemon wheel.
Step 4
Enjoy!
