The original recipe is called a Pink Lady, so by using the Rose Gin we're still on brand. Try your hand at this "bitters" garnish, it's like latte art for cocktails.

Ingredients

2

ounces Dillon’s Rose Gin

3/4

ounce fresh lemon juice

1/4

ounce Dillon’s Niagara Grenadine

5

dashes Dillon’s Aromatic Bitters, for garnish

1

egg white

How to prepare

Step 1
In your cocktail shaker, combine Dillon’s Rose Gin, lemon juice, grenadine and egg white.
Step 2
Dry shake for 15-20 seconds. Add ice and shake again.
Step 3
Strain into a Champagne flute or vintage coupe glass.
Step 4
Garnish by dropping Aromatic Bitters into cocktail.
