ounces Dillon’s Gin {Dry Gin 7 or Unfiltered Gin 22}

dashes Dillon’s Lemon Bitters
- 1/2
ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1
egg white or 1 ounce aquafaba
Loose leaf tea or lemon wheel, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
- Rim your coupe glass with loose leaf tea.
- Step 2
- To your cocktail shaker add the gin, syrup, fresh juice, egg white and bitters. Dry shake for 20-30 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 15-20 seconds.
- Step 3
- Strain into your rimmed coupe glass.
- Step 4
