Ingredients

ounces Dillon’s Gin {Dry Gin 7 or Unfiltered Gin 22}
- 2-4
dashes favourite Dillon’s bitters {we love Peach Bitters or any citrus flavoured}
- 4
ounces Tonic water {or 1/2 ounce Dillon’s Tonic Syrup + 3 ounces soda water}
Fresh citrus, for garnish
Fresh herbs, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
- In your favourite glass, add the gin, bitters and ice.
- Step 2
- Top with tonic water and stir or add your tonic syrup and soda water and stir to combine.
- Step 3
- Add your garnishes of choice and enjoy!
