How to prepare
- Step 1
- Add all your ingredients to a shaking tin and dry shake {no ice} for 10 seconds.
- Step 2
- Fill the smaller tin with ice to the very top and shake again for 10 seconds.
- Step 3
- Double strain into your chilled glass of choice {we suggest a coupe or martini glass}
* this is where you can get creative, with picking your favourite preserve or jam or using what’s in season or local. Think rhubarb or strawberry jam for the spring, peach for the summer, maybe even pear or a late summer stone fruit preserve in the fall. Have fun with it!
