Ingredients

ounces Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22
finished jam jar with jam remnants, 250mL jar {can be any flavour jam}
Juice of one {1} lemon
Soda water
Fresh herbs or citrus wheel, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
- In your jam jar add the lemon juice and a splash of gin. Add the lid back on and shake for 10 seconds.
- Step 2
- Add the remaining gin, ice and top with soda water.
- Step 3
- Stir to combine, garnish & enjoy!
