Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz. Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
• 3/4 oz. Dillon’s Black Walnut Amaro
• 3/4 oz. Dillon’s Vermouth
• 4 dashes Dillon’s DSB Bitters
• soaked cherry (for garnish)
Cocktail Preparation:
1. Stir all ingredients in mixing glass.
2. Strain into coupe (serve up).
3. Flame orange and rub on rim then discard.
4. Garnish with a cherry on cocktail pick (Soak cherries in strawberry gin, vermouth and bitters).
5. Enjoy!
