Needing more spirit means we need more people to craft it! We are looking to add to our distilling team with a goal-focused, passionate and enthusiastic individual; or two. This role is primarily responsible for monitoring distillations to ensure production of consistent, high-quality spirits to specification. Personnel must also adhere to all documentation practices and quality standards established at the distillery. An important aspect of this position is regular communication with Operations Manager, Head Distiller and Botanicalist to ensure successful management of production goals, and the maintenance of product quality. The Assistant Distiller will work with our Head Distiller on all aspects of production, including milling grain, mashing, fermenting, and distilling spirits. As part of the Dillon’s team, distillers must be willing to work flexible hours and wear many hats, including giving distillery tours and assisting other staff at marketing and promotional events. The position involves occasional evening hours and weekend hours.

Bottling/Packaging Team Member
We are looking for motivated, quality focused, high attention to detail individuals to join our bottling team. As a member of the team you will be responsible for the daily set-up and cleaning of various machines that we use to fill our bottles. You will assist in packing, labeling bottles and building pallets. Also, you will help ensure quality control on products being finished and shipped out. These positions are full time with the ideal shift being 10am-6pm, but they are definitely subject to change. The ideal folks will be able to left at least 30lbs, be at least 18 years of age, have or be willing to get a forklift license and be punctual for your work day.
