Cheers to Gin!
After a banger of a party last year we are thrilled to be announcing the 2025 date of The Juniper – A Spectacle of Gin at Dillon’s.
Saturday, June 14th from 2-7pm here in the distillery garden
And it turns out that the stars have finally aligned and The Juniper will fall on World Gin Day! How cool!
If you’ve not had the chance to attend the event before, here is a quick 411 on how it all works:

- Time: 2-7pm
- GIN cocktail stations hosted by a group of our favourite barkeeps – list coming soon!
- Food from local restaurants – announcement coming soon!
- DJ & live music
- a friendly cocktail competition with awards for people’s choice and judge’s choice
- lawn games
- Tickets are $15 each plus tax
- Drink & Food for sale a la carte {we don’t have an ATM on site so don’t forget to bring cash!}
Kids & dogs {on leash and well behaved} are always welcome.
