See Hello to the Pear Gin!
We seemed to really nail our summer inspired gin offerings but there has always been something missing; a fall gin flavour. Well no more friends. We are excited to launch our Pear Gin and welcome it to the family.
Crafted with our rye-grain based Dry Gin 7 as the base, we took local Niagara Bartlett pears, pressed them, fermented and distilled some of the pressed juice and then blended that in with fresh pear juice and warm spices including green cardamom, orange peel and cassia bark. it is then lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar and bottled.
This first batch is small. Only 500 bottles were produced and can be found exclusively here in the Sipping Room and via our online shop. Get it before it’s gone.
