Strawberry Rhubarb Mule

This is the new summer cocktail must-have

Niagara in a copper mug. Whether you use vodka or opt for doubling down on the strawberry flavour by using the Strawberry Gin, that sweet local berry flavour shines!

Ingredients

2

ounces Dillon’s Vodka or Dillon’s Strawberry Gin

1 1/2

ounce fresh lime juice

1 1/2

ounce strawberry puree

3

dashes Dillon’s Rhubarb Bitters

4

ounces ginger beer

sliced strawberries & rhubarb ribbons for garnish

How to prepare

Step 1
Puree the strawberries in a blender. Strain if desired. We left as is, but we like that little extra texture it gives the cocktail.
Step 2
In your chilled mule mug add the vodka, puree, lime juice and bitters. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Add ice to fill the mug.
Step 4
Top with ginger beer and garnish with sliced strawberries and ribbon of fresh rhubarb. Enjoy!
