Ingredients:
• 1 oz. Dillon’s The White Rye
• 3/4 oz. Dolins Sweet Vermouth
• 3/4 oz. rye kernel & white peppercorn syrup
• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• egg white
• 3/4 oz. Bellwoods Brewery Cat Lady IPA
• garnish with White Rye rehydrated Simcoe hop
