The Gin 22 Greyhound

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22
• 4 dashes Dillon’s Lime bitters
• 4 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
• splash of Aperol
• lime wheel for garnish & sugar to rim glass

Cocktail Preparation:

1. Rim cocktail glass with sugar.
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22, fresh grapefruit juice, Aperol and bitters with ice. Shake and strain into rimmed glass with fresh ice.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel (or grapefruit) and serve.
