Created by Zak Doy, of Rush Lane (Toronto) as part of the 2015 Cocktail Competition at Oyster Fest Niagara. A floral summer cocktail with flavours of tea, botanicals and bright summer wild flowers.
Ingredients:
• 2 oz. Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22
• 1 oz. egg white
• 3/4 oz. Early Grey tea syrup
• 4 dashes Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters
• 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
