Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz. Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22
• 3 dashes Dillon’s Orange Bitters
• 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1 1/2 oz. fresh pomegranate juice
• 3 clementine segments
• 1/2 oz. simple syrup
• 1 oz. ginger beer
Cocktail Preparation:
1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle clementine segments.
3. Add Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22, fresh juices, simple syrup and bitters. Shake over ice and strain into glass.
4. Top with ginger beer and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
