Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz. Dillon’s The White Rye
• 4 dashes Dillon’s DSB Bitters
• 1 tsp. maple syrup (medium colour is recommended)
• 3 oz. fresh pressed apple cider
Cocktail Preparation:
1. Fill rocks glass with ice.
3. In a cocktail shaker, combine Dillon’s The White Rye, maple syrup, apple cider and bitters. Shake and strain into glass.
4. Garnish with a slice of dried apple and serve.
* this cocktail would also be great warmed and served while enjoying a crisp fall day picnic!
