Made using peppers from our own gardens; hot banana, scotch bonnet, super chili & cherry bomb. Combined with the fragrant and spicy aroma of red peppercorns and long pepper plus the tartness of lemon give the perfect complement to a Caesar or Bloody Mary or the perfect amount of spice and background heat to some fruit-based cocktail.

Wormwood Bitters

Rhubarb Bitters
A rich bitters created from only local rhubarb and natural botanicals. We start with fresh-pressed rhubarb juice from our own gardens, combined with a touch of star anise and ginger plus several other herbs to make a unique bitters that is tart but not overpoweringly so.

Ginger Bitters

Aromatic {DSB} Bitters
Our hard working multi-purpose bitters. Starts with locally-grown cherries, add a mixture of 11 herbs and spices, and there is our take on a classic aromatic bitters. Aroma of cherries, with overtones of vanilla, cloves, allspice, and cassia providing the complex of flavours and scents.
