Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz. (45mL) – Dillon’s White Rye
• 3 or 4 dashes Dillon’s Lime Bitters
• Your favourite Cola
• Ice
Preparation:
1. Place one Rocks or Gibraltar style glass on the table.
2. Fill 3/4 of the glass with ice. The larger the ice the better, as less surface area means less dilution.
3. Pour 1 1/2 oz. (45mL) of Dillon’s White Rye.
4. Fill glass 1/2 inch from the rim with Cola.
