Ingredients:
• 2 oz. Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
• 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
• 2 oz. Campari
• 2 dashes Dillon’s Orange Bitters
• 1.5 oz. fresh blood orange juice
• 1 sprig fresh rosemary
• 1 egg white
• 1/2 tsp. sugar
• fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Cocktail Preparation:
1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle rosemary, sugar and blood orange juice together.
2. Add the Dillon’s Dry Gin 7, vermouth, Campari, egg white and bitters together.
3. Dry shake for 1 minute. Add ice and shake again for as long as you can!
4. Strain into rocks glass & garnish with fresh sprig of rosemary.
